Privacy policy

Last updated 31 October 2026.

This policy explains what personal data aichipinsider.com collects, why, and your rights over it. AI Chip Insider is the data controller. Questions or requests: contact@aichipinsider.com.

What we collect

  • Messages you send us. When you use the contact or partnership forms we receive your name, email, company (if given) and message. We use this only to reply.
  • Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, used only to send the Insider Brief. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

We don't use advertising cookies or trackers, and we don't sell or rent personal data.

Service providers

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and provides cookieless analytics.
  • FormSubmit delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Our newsletter provider stores subscriber emails and sends the Insider Brief.
  • YouTube (Google). Video thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers, and video links take you to YouTube, where Google's privacy policy applies.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under EU law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis

We process messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you, and newsletter emails on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
